Verrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrry long time no blog.......
Hello!
8 months have passed since I last blogged....or even logged on.
In June of 2008 I moved from Spruce Pine to Bryson City ...directly south of Great Smoky Mountains National Park (GSMNP).....about 60 miles west of Asheville.
I am learning to live on a very tight budget in these difficult economic times...and am savoring life's simpler pleasures. I only occasionally use a computer at our small but adequate public library.
I continue to enjoy walks and hikes...news, sports & weather...music and classic movies...and engaging in conversations with a small circle of friends.
